Returns Policy

Returns

The returns window is 30 days - any items returned to us after 30 days from the purchase date will not be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it - if there are any visible signs of use then a refund will not be granted.

Gift Cards are non refundable.

To complete your return, please email Billysballbags@gmail.com stating your order number and reason for return. You will need to arrange and cover the cost of a tracked return yourself. 

Once you have posted the return, please provide us with the parcel tracking details at your earliest convenience. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A refund will be issued for the items returned minus original shipping costs. 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at billysballbags@gmail.com.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacement of faulty goods and Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or have been lost in transit. 

If you receive a faulty item, please contact me as soon as possible with details of the fault and include any images where necessary. 

If we are deemed to be at fault then we will arrange for a replacement of the faulty goods to be dispatched as soon as possible. 

If 30 days have passed since the date of dispatch and you are still yet to receive your item, please contact us immediately stating your order number and tracking details. 

If a tracked shipping service was purchased and the item has been marked as delivered to your address, but you have not received the item - please contact the couriers directly before contacting us.
